I think that Nevile is the TRUE owner of the elder wand.
Here’s why:
Nagini was really the one who killed Snape so then the wand belonged to the snake. So when Nevile killed Nagini, it transferred to Nevile.
That’s if the wand even belonged to Snape (It was Harry’s)
